Wesson Knives
is it possible to put serrations on 2" of a plain blade knife?
I like the smith and wesson swcom but I would like it more if it had serrations on 2'' of the blade.
I have done this by using a chain saw file. These are round files that come in different sizes. I used the 3/16 and 5/32.

I grew tired of paying for serrated knives for my boat where I have to cut wet rope often. So I bought some cheap knives and made my own.
Wear leather work gloves, lay the blade on its side facing away from you and go lightly at first to start a grove so the file won’t slide around. Chain saw files are made to make a razor edge on chain saw blades. To re-sharpen it only takes two strokes with the file and it’s sharp again.
