Will the sheath from a Ka-Bar knife fit on an LC2 ALICE belt?
I've been thinking about buying a Ka-Bar for camping and as a survival knife but I want to know if the sheath would fit on an ALICE belt (2" wide) or if I would need to buy a different sheath.
It depends on which of Ka Bar's knives you buy and which sheath option you get. If you are getting the standard USMC Ka Bar, the leather should fit as well as the FRN (plastic) sheath. You could email Ka Bar or the knife dealer to find out.
I kind of wonder why you will be using an ALICE belt for camping and survival. They are pretty stiff and uncomfortable as well as being ridiculously heavy. Any extra weight while camping or surviving really becomes regrettable.
